Says: "These new characters, however, may not appear in element content."
Should say: "These new characters, however, may not appear in element tags."

The production labeled "content" allows "CharData" which includes the new line-separator characters.

Note from the Author or Editor:
This is a clearer phrasing. Please change "element content" to "element tags".

The description for xs:mininclusive should read "Allows you to specify a minimum value
that all data in the type must be equal to or greater than" (rather than "a maximum
value ... equal to or less than")

Same problem. Please change maximum -> minimum and greater -> less.

Omission

The page for rng:nsName should describe its ns attribute but it does not.

Note from the Author or Editor:
At the end of the Description, add this sentence.

Though the <code>ns</code> attribute is a common, optional attribute, this element won't work as advertised unless it either has an <code>ns</code> attribute with a valid value, or it inherits the value from an ancestor.
