[65]  3rd paragraph: Importing Customer Information;

Book explains in great detail how to create an import file for customers,
but doesn't give directions here on how to perform the import.  It should
refer the reader to the section "Importing Data from Other Programs" on
page 523, which explains how to do this. 



(138)  five lines down from bullet point: "calculate charges from";
Reads: "For example, is the customer..."
Should be: For example, if the customer..."



(251)  3rd line from the top & the #3 item on that same page;
"Figure 9-21"
should be:
"Figure 9-12"
