Confirmed errors:


Intuit, the company that sells Quicken software and publishes the
Quicken.com web site, is in the process of changing the Quicken.com web
site to focus on the needs of Quicken software users. You must now own a
copy of Quicken, version 2001 or later, to access the web site. In
exchange, most of the advertising on the site has disappeared.
Quicken.com now links to Yahoo! Finance for news, price quotes, and
other investment research information. Unfortunately, some of
Quicken.com's unique investing features, such as Compare to Competitors,
are gone. According to Intuit, Quicken.com will be relaunched on June
30, 2004 to offer the current investing tools exclusively to Quicken
software customers.



[119-120]  Equation in middle of page;

The correct equation is (g7/b7)^(1/5)- 1 and results in a growth rate
of 19.2%, close to the Logest result of 19.7%.



{465}  the bottom of figure 9-12;
For the row labeled "Investor B", the numbers in colums "Year 4", "Year 5", and "This
year" are in the wrong order.  It should be "$3,325" for "Year 4", "$3,355" for "Year
5", and "$3,190" for "This year".

Also, the "$3.355" should be "$3,355".
