Our look is the result of reader comments, our own experimentation, and feedback from distribution channels. Distinctive covers complement our distinctive approach to technical topics, breathing personality and life into potentially dry subjects. The tool on the cover of Digital Photography Hacks is a paintbrush. The camera is to photography what the brush is to painting. Our digicams enable us to capture light and create compositions in much the same way as a brush lets us direct raw color to express our vision.
