Confirmed errors:


The preface is missing the explanations of the "footprint" and "trap" icons used
throughout the book.  The "footprint" icon designates a note, which is an
important aside to the nearby text.  The "trap" icon designates a warning relating 
to the nearby text.


(22)  Before last paragraph;
The term "Building the Solution" is not in the right place. 
It should be a heading for the next section!


(24)  2nd paragraph, 11th line;
"...builds the Setup project.Solution configurations..." 
should read:
"...builds the Setup project. Solution configurations..."


(62)  2nd paragraph, 3rd line;
"Microsoft has mad the source code..." 
should read: 
"Microsoft has made the source code..."
