(191)  last 4 entries in lower table;
"Add-childns" should be "add-childns"

"Add-host" should be "add-host"

(192)  top table;
in third entry: "\F3D" should be "\272".

(337)  Table 10-7;
Italicized "S" and "SS" at beginnings of Option names do not belong there. (Are they
FrameMaker artifacts of some kind?) There are also corresponding (incorrect) index
entries for some of these Syslog-ng options, i.e., index entries with the leading
S/SS.


(395)  last paragraph, 2nd line from bottom;
Andreas' last name did not print correctly.  The O-umlaut came out as "..."

AUTHOR: This one's easy: yes, an umlaut should have two dots, not three. :-)
