Example code on the page

This book is heavily example-based, and it's even written on page 3 that
the project discussed is too big to print, so you must use the linked code.
However, the linked code doesn't even work -- it has typos in the
kubernetes syntax. It also doesn't follow the file/directory layout of
what's printed in the book, uses some different identifiers, etc. Some of
the problems have just come with time and kubernetes changing, but some are
just lack of editing. You can see the problem in the Github Issues and Pull
Requests, which were not responded to.
