This section states that services in the mesh can only send and receive traffic from other mesh services. This is incorrect. Services in the mesh can send traffic to non-mesh services by default (it's correct that they can't receive traffic from non-mesh services).

The reason they can send traffic to non-mesh services by default is because the Mesh custom resource's meshDestinationsOnly setting defaults to `false`. There's no need to set it explicitly to `false`.
