Errata

The errata list is a list of errors and their corrections that were found after the product was released. If the error was corrected in a later version or reprint the date of the correction will be displayed in the column titled "Date Corrected".

Printed	Page 124 Entire Page / Section	The Conclusion on Pages 124-125 is supposed to be its own chapter, but got somehow folded into Chapter 7. It's a subtle distinction; I didn't catch it when reviewing any of the final materials, but for moving forward I'd like the conclusion to stand on its own and be included in the table of contents.
