In the Preface, section "Why Not PostgreSQL", 3rd paragraph, it says:

"You might consider single-user databases such as Firebird or SQLite."

Firebird is not, and has never been, a single-user database. It's a multi-user client-server RDBMS.

How is this for rewording?

You might consider a single-user user database such as SQLite or a database such as Firebird that can be run either as client server or in single user embedded mode.

There are a few uses of "it's" when you mean "its."

pgAdmin recently entered it’s 4th release, dubbed pgAdmin 4.

In the preface the "We appreciate, but do not require, attribution." references the 2nd edition of the book.

Minor typo:

Should be:
