Original Code snippet:
$ openssl genrsa -out key.pem 2048
$ openssl req -new -x509 -sha256 -key privkey.pem -out cert.pem -days 365 \
-subj "/CN=fake.example.org"

Code snippet says to use 'privkey.pem' when generating the cert, but this is not using 'key.pem' private key generated in the line before.
