Figure 2-2

In the figure there is probably wrong last date on the timeline:

Book finished should be probably Feb 2011

Note from the Author or Editor:
Fig 2-2: Feb 2010 should be Feb 2011

This needs to be fixed across all versions of the book

2nd paragraph under "Is the Book Finished?"

At the end of the paragraph, it reads "(See Figure 2-3)" but there is no Figure 2-3. Was it once there and then removed from the printed version?

Note from the Author or Editor:
Figure was removed. The reference should be deleted.

Figure 3-1

The sequence 1-9 in the figure does not match the sequence in the text. Items 5 (Unfair Advantage) and 9 (Channel) are swapped. Unfair advantage should be last (9) to match the text (and it does make sense for Channel to come earlier, since the Channel discussion affects the Cost discussion; Channel should be considered before Cost).

Note from the Author or Editor:
Figure 3-1 Unfair Advantage should have 9 and Channels should have 5.
