How to Request an Exam CopySubmit your request(s) using the Examination/Desk Copy Request Form, and include a staff or department URL for confirmation. Sorry, we cannot accept phone or fax requests. When making your request, please provide information about the course(s) the book will be evaluated for, expected enrollment for each course, and complete contact information (school address, email, phone, office hours, etc.).
