This is a two-color or two-tone mark, and must always be shown that way. The apostrophe is always a different color or tint than the letters OREILLY. Positioning

To maintain its visual integrity, the O'Reilly logotype should usually appear to "float" in an open area, free and separate from any surrounding detail. No typographic information may be placed any closer to the logo at the top and bottom than the dimension of the distance between the O and the R of the logotype, and no closer than twice this dimension at either end. You may, however, place the logo on top of a background image, provided that the logotype remains clear and legible.
